This new construction project consists of a new pool house with a studio office and pool.  Built on a hillside in Pacific Palisades,
is more complex than it looks with several levels of retaining walls and an open ceiling "loft style" office on the upper floor.

Note the twin gables - also repeated on each end with awning windows to capture the prevailing breeze.
